Godspeed

I've been faced with that timing issue again. Must be God dealing with me in that area. I was reminded of Isaiah 40:31 "They who wait on the Lord will renew their strength."

Okay. Read it a million times before. Never noticed that the reverse is true. If you're waiting on a thing, a person, an event, waiting can be the most exhausting thing there is. If we're waiting on a friend to get her act together or for it to be time to go back to school or for those tomato plants to grow, it can feel like forever...a watched pot never boils and all that.

But, if we use that time to grow with God, to wait on the Lord's timing and live our life waiting with eager expectation for what he will bring next, we will be renewed, uplifted, ready to face what ever the next day, hour, chapter or year may bring.

So, dear fairy followers, I am praying that you will be living life at God's speed today.
